Hand Sewing in Practice

Hand Sewing in Practice is a workshop centered around practical hand sewing through the creation of a functional fabric pouch.

Participants will learn five foundational techniques used for sewing, mending, garment repair, and everyday utility while exploring the idea that sewing is not limited to a machine, but can begin simply with your hands, a needle, and thread.

Designed to encourage confidence and self-sufficiency, this workshop offers an approachable introduction to sewing through useful, hands-on practice.

The finished pouch becomes part of each participant’s Hand Sewing Essentials. All tools and materials are included and shipped prior to the workshop to support participation and continued practice.
